Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your
tracking number. Tracking numbers become active within
24 hours of receipt.

Freight Damage

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:
- Refuse the delivery
- Write "Shipment arrived damaged" on the BOL (Bill of
Lading)
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours:

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Equipment must show no signs of use
- Prior authorization is required — contact us before
returning any item

Restocking fee: 25% of the purchase price
Return shipping costs: responsibility of the customer

warranty from the date of purchase.
