Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours
of placement. After that, the order may already be in

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over
$1,500 to the 48 contiguous US states. Orders below
$1,500 incur a flat $200 shipping fee.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada?
A: Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Additional shipping costs may apply. Contact us for
a quote before placing your order.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending
on your location.
Q: How will my machine be delivered?
A: Large machines are shipped via freight carrier
(LTL). You may be contacted to schedule a delivery
appointment. Please ensure someone is available to
receive the shipment.
Q: Do I need a liftgate for delivery?
A: Most large machines require a liftgate for
unloading. Liftgate service is available for $100.
If you are unsure, contact us before placing your
order.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking
number by email. Tracking becomes active within

A: We carry Maksiwa professional woodworking machines
— a trusted brand with over 40 years of experience
in the industry, founded in 1983.
Q: Do the machines come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All machines come with a 2-year limited
manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

to activate your warranty.
Q: What voltage do the machines run on?
A: Most machines run on 110V or 220V single phase.
Some heavy-duty models require 220V 3-phase. Please
check the product specifications before ordering.
Q: Can I see the machines before buying?
A: We operate as an online store. For detailed
product information, specifications, and photos,
visit each product page or contact our team —

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging with
no signs of use. A 25% restocking fee applies.
Prior authorization is required.
Q: How do I request a return?

provide return instructions and authorization.
Q: What if my machine arrives damaged?
A: If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse
the delivery, write "Shipment arrived damaged" on
the BOL, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours
